A group of students and faculty from Northern Ireland are set to visit Pennsylvania College of Technology this month, exploring the college’s industry-standard labs, interacting with students and taking in local sites as they immerse in northcentral Pennsylvania life. This is the third year a group from North West Regional College has made a visit to the college. This year’s contingent of 10 students and two faculty is set to visit April 7-22.

A new “tool” in Pennsylvania College of Technology’s physical therapist assistant program is enhancing students’ hands-on learning experience. The program recently began using a SynDaver G3 anatomy model, a medical-grade silicone model of the human neuromuscular, vascular and organ systems.

Pennsylvania College of Technology graphic design graduate Casey Gleghorn, ’09, returns to Williamsport to deliver a guest lecture at 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 24, in Lycoming College’s Fine Arts Lecture Hall. Gleghorn is the director of Derosia Gallery in New York City.
A campus tradition since 2009, the Student Government Association’s annual Silent Auction is set for noon to 4 p.m., Friday, March 21, with online bidding through BidPal One. Beginning Thursday, auction items can be viewed via the online site, and they can also be seen in-person in the Bush Campus Center lobby beginning at noon on Friday.
